Refund Policy
Refunds are returned to your BroncoSMM wallet balance.
Orders that never start
If an order is rejected or cannot be started, the full charge is returned to your wallet automatically.
Partial delivery
The value of any undelivered units is refunded to your wallet when the order closes as partial.
Completed orders
Once an order is delivered it is final, because the service cannot be reversed.
Wallet balance
Wallet funds are used for orders on this panel and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Contact us if a top-up was duplicated or credited incorrectly.
